GROUP QUESTIONS
What does Atli Groups cost?
Creating a group is free. You pay only for the eSIMs your members buy, charged to the group's card as each one is bought.
Who can buy with the group?
Anyone whose Atli account matches an email, a verified domain, a WhatsApp number or a Telegram username you added, unless you have disabled them.
How do members pay?
They pick a plan as usual and choose Buy with my group account at the last step. The group's default card is charged, and they never see its number.
Can I control what people spend?
Yes. Choose the countries, allow or block regional and global plans, cap the price per purchase, and set monthly limits per person and for the whole group.
What happens when someone hits a limit?
Checkout tells them which limit stopped the purchase, and they can still pay another way. The group is never charged for something it did not allow.
Can I get invoices?
Add your legal name, address, VAT or tax ID and an invoice email, and you get an invoice for every purchase plus a monthly summary.
Can more than one person manage the group?
Invite colleagues as viewers, admins or owners. Every change anyone makes is kept in the audit log.
Do group purchases earn credits or cashback?
No. A group purchase is paid at the group's price, so coupons, credits, cashback and referral rewards do not apply to it.
